A variety of support offerings will be available as annual subscriptions through the company's Web site. Subscribers to NuSphere MySQL Developer Support are entitled to one year of web-based technical support including bi-monthly CD updates of the software. Platinum Support is offered for customers who have mission-critical data in a MySQL database and want to have phone support in addition to web-based support. 24x7 Support is available for those whose mission-critical data requires maximum uptime and round the clock support. The packaged distribution comes with 30 days of Installation Support to ensure that the configuration of MySQL, PHP, Perl and Apache software is working on the NuSphere supported platforms.
