"The Open Source Software Support and Maintenance Program complements the VA Linux ISP JumpStart Program, which was launched in May of this year to assist companies in the planning, design and implementation of their Internet infrastructure solutions. Support and maintenance offerings provide customers with direct access to VA's Level Two and Three support teams, identification of performance upgrades and fixes, and other services."
